You find the Storage Closet next to the gym. It's dark and smells faintly of rubber and dust. You flip the light switch. You spot the large, heavy food drive collection box in the corner. You lift the lid. It's full of canned goods, but no cupcakes. Disappointed, you turn to leave, when you notice something reflecting light near the ceiling. You climb onto a stack of cleaning supplies and reach up. It's the silver platter, wedged on top of a stack of old volleyball nets! But it's empty. You find a few sticky, pink-stained liners inside. The thieves must have finished them off and stashed the evidence before returning to class. The evidence is gone and there is no way to prove who stole the cupcakes.
